Excel Scholarship Program

The National Black MBA Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter proudly champions the advancement of education in our community. Each year, we’re on the search for exemplary students that demonstrate intellectual curiosity, exceptional academic ability, and authentic connection to the community. Since 2015, we have awarded over $70,000 in scholarships to DFW undergraduate and graduate students.

The 2023 Excel Scholarship Applications are open through 5 pm CT on May 31st.  Late submissions will not be allowed.  

Qualifications:

• Dallas-Fort Worth graduating High School Seniors or Dallas-Fort Worth residents currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program for Fall 2023 at any post-secondary school
• Must be of African-American descent
• Must be a U.S. citizen
