Responsible for planning community building efforts. Drives the coordination of both DFW Chapter members and corporate partners in public service and career development. Works to provide opportunities to give back and make a difference in the DFW Metroplex.

Develop and execute programming for the Leaders of Tomorrow® Program including: tutoring, mentoring, cultural enrichment topics, career development, mentoring, etc.

The LOT® Program is a comprehensive programmatic approach for providing leadership development to high school students. The program is driven by mentoring across four developmental areas: Leadership, Financial Literacy, College Preparation, and Career Preparation. The program offers participants resources, knowledge, and opportunities in the way of mentoring relationships, scholarships, and internships.

The Marketing Committee is responsible for the organizations internal and external branding and messaging. The scope of the team covers marketing, digital media, graphic design, public relations and social media management.

This committee is responsible for the chapter website and the promotional and marketing needs of the organization.

Responsible for campaigns that attract and retain new members to the DFW Chapter. Manages member outreach, acquisition, activation, retention, volunteer teams, rosters and event registration. Institutes surveys and outreach to ensure the chapter is meeting the needs of our members.

Responsible for planing and executing monthly programing that meet our strategic pillars and appeal to the needs of our members. Oversees event execution, resource requirements, and logistics.

Works cross-functionally to develop topics, define themes, identify speakers, and coordinate venues to ensure a quality experience for all event attendees.

Manages the Chapter relationships with education partners to Increase student engagement. Develops professional development programs with local colleges and universities and corporate partners. Also oversees the scholarship application and selection process.

Develops strategic financial management plan for the Dallas – Ft Worth Chapter of the National Black MBA Association including investment strategy; growth targets and scenario plans.

Oversees corporate partner outreach and relationship management. Serves as liaison with corporate partners to develop programming that meets the need for recruitment, community involvement, mentoring and corporate imaging.
