Our goal is to raise $10,000 to support two of our primary initiatives committed to the academic achievement of Black youth – Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) and our Excel Scholarship.

Leaders of Tomorrow

• LOT is a mentoring program for Black students in high school to help them develop professional skills and gain admission to college. We’ve served over 8,000 students nationally since the program’s inception.
• Each year we invest $25,0000 so that 50 local students can participate at no cost in an 8-month program that covers financial literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership, time management, online presence, and business etiquette.
• Students also participate in a case competition.

Excel Scholarship Program

• To support the next generation, we provide scholarships to 8-10 students annually to help them pay for college. In 2021, we awarded $16,000 in scholarships to graduating high school seniors, undergraduate, and graduate students.  In 2022, we are awarding $18,800 in scholarships.
