North Texas Giving (Year-Round)
Our goal is to raise $10,000 to support two key initiatives focused on the academic success of Black youth:
Leaders of Tomorrow® (LOT®)
A mentorship and leadership development program for high school students designed to build professional skills and prepare them for college and careers.
- Serves 8,000+ Students Nationwide Since Inception
- Provides an 8-Month Leadership Program at No Cost to 50 Local Students Annually
- Focus Areas Include Leadership, Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship, Time Management, Digital Presence, and Business Etiquette
- Includes Participation in a National Case Competition
Excel Scholarship Program
Supports high-achieving students in their pursuit of higher education through annual scholarships.
- Awards 8 to 10 Students Each Year
- Supports High School Seniors, Undergraduates, and Graduate Students
- Awarded $16,000 in Scholarships in 2021
- Increased Support to $20,000 in Scholarships in 2024
