The NBMBAA Dallas – Ft Worth Chapter is the premier organization driving talent acquisition, professional & leadership development for black business professionals locally. Our mission is fulfilled by driving strong, collaborative relationships with corporations, educational institutions, and other community-based organizations to develop programming and open opportunities for our constituents.

We work to foster mutually beneficial relationships that create a pipeline of diverse talent, grant access to a diverse body of leaders at all levels, and assist in achieving critical business objectives like professional development, branding, recruiting, retention, and corporate citizenship goals.

Talent Acquisition

Gain early and curated access to high-performing professionals for internships, leadership programs, and open requisitions through member resume banks and direct introductions.

Brand Exposure

Monitor the number of brand impressions across our channels (email campaigns, social media, event signage, and stage mentions) and assess audience reach of more than 10,000 professionals during key events.

The e-mail distribution list is 7,500+, but our financial membership is over 950. We average 75 – 100 attendees at most events.

Yes, our Leaders of Tomorrow mentorship program is geared toward high-school students. We also partner with the Year Up program which focuses on minorities ages 18-21. Lastly, our scholarships are offered to high-school students and extend through the PhD level.

We are business leaders and run the chapter as a non-profit corporation. When we work with you, we will set goals and measurements for your desired outcome. The local chapter has been run successfully for over 30 years.
