Improving Your Mental Health Through Movement

July is BIPOC Mental Health month and we want to promote mental health through movement. Members will be able to be a part of a guided meditation and guided hike which will also promote mental health and wellness.

The hike will be led by Osman Carroll, a Dallas-based Personal Trainer, Mindset Coach, Athlete, and Founder of Fit-in-15.
